sunday afternoon @ Kafe Taman Air
Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007last sunday i spent my time in Bogor..me, yudith and ratna had plan
to accomplished our fast in there. i asked my friend bout the next-cool
place to have dine. after having some suggestions, i decided to take
Kafe Taman Air as the place for hang and dine. it located not far from
Ciawi freeway exit and lies infront of my fave. rest called Ampera -
Ciawi (reasonable prices with complete Sundanesse’s menu). the cafe was
insede of Komplek Taman Hijau Residence. it surrounded by garden with
few lighting around and a large fishing pool in the center of
restaurant. we sat near by the pool in a wooden square chair with not
too large table and light only by a candle (wasn’t it so romantic!!).
If you like to watch sport (coz they were put sport show when i was
there), you can choose the spot near by the kitchen. There’s a big
screen showing sport show during your visit.
We ordered Shabu -
Shabu (but not as jappanesse shabu - shabu does, coz they put all the
stuff in one pot together done..) which instead of vegetables and some
of seafood inside, plecing kangkung (but it was very different with the
original plecing kangkung i ever ate when i was in Bali!!) which taste
not bad…, black papper beef with rice (yudith said it was great!!),
es buah bakar - fruit roasted ice (which i don’t know what was they
roasted…but tasted good, which mix between sweet with a bit
sour…but still can defeate Fruit Salad fr. Makaroni Panggang which
tasted amazing!!), a plate of french fries (big portion for three of
us), and some bevereges such Blue TUT (lechy taste mocktail with
awesome sparkling feel in your tongue) and Ungu Violet (this mocktail
are too sweet for me)…whit prices stand from 7000 IDR to 20.000 IDR
per item. we spent less than 150.000 IDR for all food we took and the
romantic atmosphere they gave.
and that afternoon in covered by
cold montain air that made us a bit shaking, before we walk-in the
cafe, we decide to find ATM around (which so far in distance!!), and we
decide to take a walk along till found it. nice. (well, actually..i
don’t know why i put this here…hehehe :D)
